By downloading, installing, or playing BenchBoss, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

1. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

To use our services, you must register for an account using a valid email address or social provider (Google, Facebook).

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account access credentials and tokens.
• You agree not to use cheats, automated bots, mods, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software that alters or interferes with the matchmaking, ratings (Felo), or guessing gameplay.
• Cheating, match manipulation, or behavior that ruins the competitive fairness of Multiplayer or Custom Rooms will result in permanent account termination.

2. Virtual Currency (Tokens & Coins)

BenchBoss contains virtual currency ("Tokens" or "Coins") that can be earned through gameplay performance, ad-rewards, or purchased with real currency.

• Tokens and Coins constitute a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access virtual items (such as clues and match retries) within the game.
• No Cash Value: Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and cannot be traded outside the game.
• No Refunds: All microtransactions and token pack purchases are final and non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, game mechanics, coding logic, design layout, logo, assets, and branding (including the name "BenchBoss") are the sole property of BenchBoss. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of our game without explicit written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

BenchBoss is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that game servers will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any losses of tokens, ratings, progress data, or service interruptions caused by server updates, connection issues, or database maintenance.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate player accounts at our sole discretion, without notice, if we suspect any breach of these Terms of Service (including botting, cheating, or toxic username creation).
